Central Colorado AHEC is happpy to offer resources on all interested in a health career. We provide a variety of services, including outreach to school children through health fairs and career seminars, the Summer Health Career Institute, information on Loan Repayment programs and a list of links for career services throughout our five county region.
Colorado Health Careers Guide
The Colorado Health Careers Guide is a special online service that offers self-exploration of 76 health careers, descriptions, Colorado specific education and training programs, their locations and links.

Workplace Specific Assessment (WSA)
Workplace Specific Assessment (WSA) Tool for Health Care This new tool is being adapted for use by individual clients interested in exploring their “match” and strengths that would serve them best in a health care career and role.
The Colorado Dept. of Labor and Employment in collaboration with Central CO AHEC and Phil Lawson, LLC are adapting this tool to guide potential health care education program candidates, workforce center clients, staff and instructors. Health Career Fairs
Congratulations on your decision to promote healthy behaviors through a Health Fair for Kids in the Classroom! We are making available a fun and interactive display- the Health Career Challenge Wheel.
