Dinner Registration

A Note from the Metro Denver Nightingale Committee

We have a wonderful dilemma with almost 240 nominees and a space limitation of 700 total guests.

We know that first and foremost we want to honor the nominees --- and so we are receiving registration from the Nominees only first - and have limited the number of guests to two. Additional desired guests will go on a waiting list.

Registration for administrative guests will be handled by Jenny Dull through the Central CO AHEC office (303.724.0335).

Dinner Registration Process

Please find your name in the long alphabetical nominee list below.
If you cannot find your name it means you have already registered for dinner. If you have a problem please e-mail Joe Huggins.

You will then be taken to a page where you will enter information about you. You will then be able to enter up to two guests. Guests are currently limited to two but you will be able to add more to a waiting list.

Lastly, you will be directed to a payment page through PayPal depending on your agency's payment plan. The dinner registration is $60.00 for early registration. After 5 March 2010 the dinner registration fee is $70.00.

Every agency has agreed to pay for their nominees. Some agency pay for one guest, some two and a few none. Then based on your agency's payment plan then you would be responsible for paying anywhere between:

$0.00 - if you have no guests or your agency will pay for all your guests.
$60.00 ($70.00 if after 3/5/10) if you bring 2 guests and your agency pays for only 1 or you bring 1 guest and your agency pays for no guests.
$120.00 ($140.00 if after 3/5/10) if you bring 2 guests and your agency pays for no guests.
